I ordered their very basic pen for $7.90 shipped yesterday before going to sleep, when I woke up today I found an email saying the laser has been shipped If shipping is as fast as they claim I will be doing a short review in 10 days or so. So far customer service has been excellent -- I had problems with registration and during the checkout and my emails were answered within minutes.
