I recently built a blue laser using one of Mohagsm's JAD kits with a 1.8A Driver and a 445nm 140 diode. I Don´t have an LPM but the laser can easily light a cigarrete, my doubt is that the beam seems to be... not as visible as I expected but it still has the burning power is this usual or can there be any faults with the laser?

Congrats on your build. In the future give as much info as possible when you have a problem. What type of lighting was it in? Any blue laser that is strong enough to light a cig will be very visible outside from dusk till dawn.

Yes, go outside at night and it should be very visible. Just be carefull pointing it in the sky.
