I ordered a couple of dragon cases off of Wicked's site about a week ago. Almost immediately after the order went through, I noticed that the default case type was pre-selected for me, i.e. the 174 cm Evolution case that is, whereas I wanted Executive series sized cases (i.e. 159 cm).
So, I followed Wicked's procedure of filing a change of order request, and a few hours later I received a response from a rep that the change request was made and I should be receiving my 159 cm executives instead of the 174 cm evolution cases.
Well, I received my cases yesterday and they were both 174 cm evolutions, not executives.
I once again proceeded to both call and email customer service about this, and the response I received back was contradictory.
The phone CS rep told me they would ship me out replacement units free of charge.
The web-based rep however wrote:
"Your Dragon Cases were sent from our US warehouse. Our US warehouse only have one type of Dragon Case and that is the Executive series Dragon Case.

In other words, he is implying that I am incorrect and that they did not make any mistakes, and that they won't be shipping out those aforementioned free of charge replacements after all.
Well, if that's the case, then could someone please explain to me why I have 2 of these:
