Which companies are retailing them at this time? I've only found one which is and it's hard to find.

Sky laser has them I think they are around 400$.

Skylasers (laserBTB) has 2, one at 515 for around $250 and 30mW. The other is about $500 for 50mW of 520.

Skylasers (LaserBTB) is (as far as I know) the only company selling them prebuilt. You could however purchase the diode for $135 and build your own any way you want it.

Not looking to buy. Just curious to know. Not interested in building one either. But thanks all the same.
