Dealing with Minors on LPF

Given the lack of maturity in many so-called "adults" (not exclusively referring to this forum) I don't think there is much to be said about age being the notable factor in maturity or personal responsibility. I would therefore judge the person by how he/she acts, not whether the person claims to be an adult or a child.
