DC/DC boost drivers question

The v4/5 flexdrive seems great. I'm sure its worth the price but expensive for me. I'll definitely get one for a 6x/8x/12x build though.

If people spent some time making (or trying to make) similar drivers by hand, they would immediatelly stop complaining about the FlexDrive price being too high!

When making lasers, i offer a discount, if i can use a FlexDrive, instead of having to make one of my own drivers!


I guess most people don't realize how much research, work and testing goes into such a driver, before it can be released for use by everyone including newbs!

erdabyz's is still working on his driver. He said me yesterday on msn that he had found the solution to his last problem with it and that he had been able to get one that could deliver 500mA at 6V.

Let's see if he have time to make some and send them
