CUSTOM LOC @ 400mA Review

Just got done with this pen host LOC red laser. The diode is driven at 400mA for amazing power and a great life span with a respectful duty cycle. The driver is a rckstr adjustable and the laser utilizes two 10440 3.6v batteries.

I love this black host with the chrome clip, this laser can burn,cut,smoke just about any kind of tape and pop balloons from 20 feet instantly.

This is my another attempt to grab a beam shot with my P.O.S camera.

I am considering putting this on the Market for a reasonable price, PM me with offers, or trades.

That's alot of power in your pocket! What kinda duty cycle do you run it on? Seems like it would get warm pretty fast

It does get warm fast, and yeah lots of power . I use 15-20 seconds on and 35-45 seconds off for a respectful duty cycle.

Thats not to bad. Even though flashlight hosts are my favorite it's hard to beat the portability of a penstyle.
