Custom built high powered laser wanted for burning

I have an arctic 3 already thinking about whether or not to spend $$$ on a hercules, but thought id check to see if anyone is selling any high powered custom build lasers, 1000mw and above. Preferably handheld but not a requirement. Anyone with any info or anyone who is selling one please let me know.
