Curved laser beams

Pfffft, these guys are behind the times, pwnstar has been doing this for a long time, but he had to use an external aid.

Cool article nonetheless.

(if you want a scale reference, the middle balcony between the two rows is a walking path, and at the bottom of the number 3, you can see 3 peoples )

"massive" does not give you the right idea ..... at least til you don't notice the 3 workers :p :D

Yes, very nice fans indeed! Well another pic of the Airy curved beam laser. Maybe some Viagra could help it perhaps ? :eg: ......................

I know with TONS of magnetic fields you slightly bend EM beams.
I think this is how they bend the Xray laser.

And massive gravitational lenses can bend light as well.

You can use a grazing incidence mirror for xray, but can you give more information about how to bend an electromagnetic wave with a magnetic field? Sounds impossible. Gravity works but a planet has a focal length of a huge number of lightyears.

This kinda reminds me of the Philadelphia experiment, didn't they try to bend light around a boat using a powerful electromagnetic field. Whether the experiment is true or not, Einstein's unified field theory was behind it. Just thought I'd throw that in there.

Invisibility cloaks here we come.
