Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, but I wasn't sure of a better place.
I tried to order a laser from lazerpoint.com. Site seems legit and I don't have any doubts about it in that regard, but the problem is that their checkout page was bugged and it failed to submit my order. However, it did charge my card. Twice. On checking my order status, it appears that the company has no record of my submitting anything, yet at this point I've been charged 75 dollars, and I'd really like to get it back.
I haven't had to dispute a charge before, so I'm not sure what all it entails. Is this something I can take up with my credit card company and have the charges removed? I don't care about getting the lasers, since I later browsed lazerer.com, and will probably order from there instead (they have a better selection anyway).
