Craigslist Tamiya R/C Ripoff?

Hey guys, just saw this local Craigslist posting and I was wondering if it's a ripoff.

He's selling a Tamiya Ferrari 458 Italia R/C with the following accessories, as stated in his post:

Tamiya tt02 released 2013/6 (on road and off road dual mode)
2.4 gh Controller (new)
Extra on-road tires (new)
Exta Off-road rally tires
VW Golf rally body(for offroad conversion) (new)
Led light kit(new)

He claims that it cost him 780,000 Won ($700) and he's selling it for 480,000 Won ($450).

It cost me 780,000 won and selling only for 480,000 won or best offer

I just checked out Tamiya's website and MSRP for the body only is $225.

You can only rip yourself off buying off Craigslist. Why don't you just price out the individual components and the potential labor involved? If it's worth it -- to you -- then it's not a rip-off.
