Couldn't remember some formulas

So I taped them to my bathroom so I could see them everytime I go to piss (almost 10 times per day....).

Within the first day I already remembered all of them

There's even one more in the shower (all taped up, there's no way it's getting wet )

only 5L of water a day? I go through a few gallons minumum of just pure water, not including the apple juice, soda or "pop" as they call it here in the north, milk, grape drink, and my morning slim fast : among other things ;D ;D ;D

5L of just water...I'm not including water that is included with foodz/coffee/etc.


Although 5L is kinda a lot for now...
