peltiers are awesome little things, but may i reccomend for experimenting, that if you intend to freeze water and such, try and get a sealed peltier, i have had issuses before about peltiers going open circuit, and sometimes if there is alot of water in there and the peltier gets really hot, the water shoots out really fast as steam!
