Seems something new will be added to the CN tower in Toronto.
For 175.$ you can suit up and stroll the outer edge of the roof
1,500ft up.

If they offer this at night, you know what will be in my pocket.

Epic beam shots to be had :eg:

Man...
I can think of a few better things I could spend $175 on...
And I wouldn't need to do any walking...:eg:

I hate to say it, but there's no way they'll put people in a position to be able to drop/throw things off the tower, which means there's no way they'll allow you to access your pockets :( I'm certain they'll force you to where some sort of harness or full body suit that has zero pockets, and they'll check your hands ahead of time :(

That will be over when the first person un-clips their harness, and takes a flying jump off the edge.

Im not going to ask, Jerry... :shhh:

Id imagine they will make it damn near impossible to unhook
or compromise your own safety..

On the same note, im sure there will be one who tries..

@RHD, im sure they will allow jewelry :D

They probably make you remove it at wonderland because
people lose rings etc all the time... Either that or
somebody got hit with their own clock..

If they allow night walks, it would be possible. But how do you get beam shots in daylight? :)

Edit: never mind, I missed your comment.

I'm always willing to fly in a Cessna, but for some reason heights bother me when on tall buildings.(Hey quit pushing me :D)

I'm guessing the suits have no pockets and you must empty your pockets before suiting up. I wouldn't want to spend that much tho.

I used to have a fear of heights and still do to an extent.. Many years back
I was working at a place where I had access to the roof, and began having
my lunch on the 35th floor.. There was no barrier, just a flat roof..

Id sit on the edge with my feet hanging over and eat. Overcame my fear
fairly quick this way... Though thinking back, it was a pretty extreme way
to do it :undecided:

Agreed.. 175. is a big chunk of change for 1/2 hr walk.. You can go on a heli tour
which just so happens to fly around the tower anyway for a similar price, if not
lower from what I recall.

Think it was the helicopter tour from national that offers rides from the CNE in
the summer..

Think id rather do the 15min in a heli :)

I used to have to shovel off I-beams 30-40 stories up in the winter when I was an iron worker. You get over your fear real quick when you need to.
