I'm curious, has anyone combined the polarized outputs of say two 300mW 650 nm laser diode modules into a 500mW+ beam using a polarizing beam splitter or some other method?

Ah nice ;) Yes I found a polarising beam splitter AR coated in the LG burner I pulled to bits. Its pretty small but I think it will do the job.
