Re: CNI GB Round 2: It is Time

I am working everything out but my school work has got to get done. Ill send Ava an email tonight with our numbers to get an invoice/quote though so that I can start number crunching.

Re: CNI GB Round 2: It is Time

Hey WBS, I understand you are very busy so no rush. I just want to make sure you got my PM about the 532nm modules. Even if you are not able to get those I am still interested in buying something from this GB. Just let me know when you get a chance.

Thanks

Re: CNI GB Round 2: It is Time

I got your PM and I thought I replied. I did it from my phone though so it may have glitched out. I'll resend it real quick.

Re: CNI GB Round 2: It is Time

got a pm from ava about the 607s they're only available as labbies and are 5% stability or better.

1pc is 4900 bucks...ouch

Re: CNI GB Round 2: It is Time

Any idea when the GB will get back up and rolling WBS? Not trying to push you or anything of course

Re: CNI GB Round 2: It is Time

Is there another deadline set for this, or am I too late?

Ouch. Still would like to see a price on PGL-H sized modules on the 607s... in labby form I have a much better quote apart from CNI...

Indeed. I get the impression that these oranges are even more stubborn than yellows.

Re: CNI GB Round 2: It is Time

I wouldn't say that.

The process isn't the DPSS we take for granted.

The DPSS used in this is 445nm pumped, into Pr:PAYAC, and out comes 607nm. (a little more complex, but that's the basics. From what I've read it isn't too picky.)

It's the fact it's not standard that makes it so expensive.

Re: CNI GB Round 2: It is Time

I know...still strikes me as something that would get fairly hot. But I see what you're saying...makes me curious about the physics at work there.

Re: CNI GB Round 2: It is Time

I don't want to be annoying but do you have any progress on the GB, WBS?

Re: CNI GB Round 2: It is Time

I am still working getting everything finalized. I promise if school gets too crazy for me I will finish getting all the numbers together and find a responsible person who can take this baton to the finish line.

Re: CNI GB Round 2: It is Time

Thanks for the update, I'm sure many of us would be happy to help you out if you need it
