Yup, same here, zero movement.

At this point I'm starting to have a hard time believing that a package was ever shipped.

@ infinitus lol kevin is not the person that just randomly not ships a laser :p he is a good guys and he kept his promise in every deal for as long as i know him. Although the tracking might not work and it seems like he never shipped anything i do not think it is fair to pull conlusions allready ;)

Also @ everybody,

Kevin relied within 12h sayin he will look into the missing lasers! I will wait for him to do his work ;)

My laser gets lots of wows from people I show it too. Its host is quite popular with most people who see it. I am beyond happy with it overall. Thank you again offroad for setting this up and giving me an opportunity to purchase such a badass laser.

EDIT: Tried to give rep for your ongoing support and help with this GB but I have to spread it around first XD

@offroadfreak8582 - It's not that I think he would do so on purpose. The result of a positive outcome for a GB is typically a whole lot more orders for the company in question.

That said though, stuff happens, packages get showed to the side, forgotten, people, and companies can screw up, without meaning to.

In that regard I can even present myself as exhibit A...

Currently through both the website provided, and 17track, I am getting an error... so something is changing which is progress of a sort. Let's see what happens next.

What is Kevin saying about those of us missing lasers?

I know he is looking into it, but has he indicated what he plans to do in order to make it right? I am not the scream and holler kind of guy, but I really don't wanna lose ~$150...
 
I have not received an update from kevin yet. I dont know what he is able to do. Just to make it clear to everyone no one is going to lose a penny Kevin offered refunds for those whom never receive a laser. And if thats not enough in about 7 days the 45 paypal claim days are reached i will op a dispute that way i will extend the "warrantee" of out money. That kinda sucks since i trust kevin however it is not my money that is in this groupbuy so i do it representing you guys.

This will give kevin more time to resolve problems with missing/broken lasers.

Have you allready got a solution to the missing/ broken lasers?

People are affraid of losing their money and they want me to open a paypal dispute of the money i sent you. This is to ensure there money is safe and to give you more time to resolve the issues i sent you.

I fully trust you and it looks like we are scamming you but please understand these guys feel safe this way. And i am capable of closing the dispute at any time when everybody feels comfortable with their purchase.

I think for the next groupbuy it is better to also use the more expensive shipping method. This way people can choose how fast they want their goodies.

As I said, I'm not screaming and yelling and I'd hate for you to be out a bunch of money just because you did the work to make this happen. It is very unfortunate for everyone involved that this has happened because it was a great group buy until this happened.

I don't know how the postal service works there, but it is a shame that this could even happen to that many orders in a single group buy.

I think that this is also a learning experience. It may be generally best to ship to the organizer and then let him/her resend using USPS priority at $5 a box.

Again, I just don't see how three or four lasers went missing. One I could understand, but that is a terrible percentage rate!

Please keep us up to date and I will work with you any way possible. I don't want you to get burned either.
 
yeah it is kinda weird that so many went lost :( I mean there are two options. Or the packages are at customs or they are just "lost" in transit?

Really weird, again not a problem for me as kevin mailed to me that everyone has a garuantee of receiving a laser or a refund. I just think in future skylaser GB's this cheap shipping method is a no go! Only the expensive shipping method is a better way in my feeling.

You know... it occurs to me just shipping was $26.70.

That's not a small amount for shipping two small lasers at all.

Airmail, regular tracked airmail, same as used by lazerer, o-like, etc, is CHEAPER and, that takes about two weeks.

At this point I would like a detailed explanation from Kevin/Sky on what was done, exactly when it was done, and what proof that it was actually done Sky can provide.

Not your fault at all offroadfreak8582, and I feel bad that you are in this position having to be middle man to a bad situation.

Thank you for trying, but unless sky comes through with lasers in the next nine days, I have to consider this GB a failure.

I mean how does one misplace almost 1K worth of lasers...? The $256 I personally spent is not chump change to me.

Yup, but i still think this is not kevin his fault, something went wrong with the shipping in my feeling. However i am not gonna pull a conclusion yet. Lets give kevin the change to explain.

Well, while he investigates the rest, please ask him to explain why it cost $26.70 to ship two small lasers, when a comparable (same?) method is actually cheaper.

Sorry for all the delay,maybe be held by US customs,we will contact our courier agency,

after we confirm that,from this Thursday we will send new lasers via Fedex for the
missing/ broken lasers.

I hope this is the solution to all the problems. Heck if kevins reships new lasers via fedex i think he even makes a loss on this, give the man some creds :)

If nothing else dispute stretches out the window we/you have for action, and gives time for Sky to come through.

On the other hand if this goes further south, at least there will be some recourse.

Dont worry! I am not going to get burned on this! And i am still opening the dispute to extend the warrantee on the money. When everybody is happy i will close the dispute ;) as i allready mentioned in the mail to kevin.

Also i just think if kevin reships missing lasers thatcis just great service if you ask me :) he is the one getting burned here not me i am just the middle man ;)
