To answer, yes they are. O-like is okay to purchase from and Susie is really nice/helpful.

Those two items make an acceptable 6X pair for a budget build;

but the diode is not quite up to the power level of a GGW-H20L 6X diode.

The lens is glass, but only transmits about 80% of the power, compared to about 96% for the high NA, AR coated lens assemblies.

Here is a review of most of the available lenses. The 3rd lens is comparable to the one you cited.
