Cheap 30k gavlos!

I am tossing up this with the cheaper PT-20's. I only really want to do beamshows.
How much, roughly, shipped International to South Africa? Just need an idea ;)

humphry i may just have a set of 20k galvos ready for sale.
I just spent 10 hours tuning them.
But we need alot of people for this.
So please guys get as many as you can.
 
Wow.. that is a very long time. never thought that would take so long. hopefully i will never need to cross that hurdle.. or do you feel you have grown as a person..? ;)

How much are your 20's going for? I got a really decent price from S-L for the pt-20 set.. i sort of played them off against someone else :p
I may be down for 2 these cause another guy down here in ZA is also interested. And even if i do buy your 20's then i might still want some 30's too!

I do not know. i have to do more testing with my 20ks before i sell them.
They got sabotaged. old room mates turned all the pots on the amps.
So ive been working to get them in tune.
but once they are in tune they wont be to much more than 125 or something i will have to look around.
im hoping if a job works out for me to buy 2 30k sets.

Why would someone even do that.. do they get pleasure out of randomly turning pots??

Interested in a set as well. I can't commit 100% right now but if by some chance this shapes up soon I could use ye olde plastic but I'd rather not.
 
well as of soon we are very close to getting 15 members.
So i hope to have be accepting money withing the next week or so so please be ready.

okay we have 18 people who said they may want to buy some.
we can place an order larger than 15 and the price will drop a bit. nothing huge.
So keep msging this around see if we cant get these last members to give me a hard yes or no.
So find more people.

I think I want 2 sets.

Edit: I am asking about shipping, as I have no clue what the rates are from US.

from the us to southafrica should be from 25$ to 40$ via usps
i would have to go into the post office to get the exact price.

psu
drivers?
and all that jazz?
 
yup all you will need is a DAC and thats it to make them run.
I might have a spare one of those soon.
i got my new audio lase dac with new c-media sound card in.
but maybe ill build 2 projectors now.

He was willing to do 165$ shipped to US for 20 sets but im sure could be knocked down in numbers a bit, but it seems that's rock bottom price for the PT-30 scanner set.

What are the pros/cons vs Space-Las if they are giving us the same deal as that PL guy unless he has he dropped his price further down? They seem more reputable etc etc.. I dont have any clues on the quality though.. excuse my rude interference :D :beer:
 
well the difference is they want 20 set and we are having a hard time getting 15 sets.
also there offering them at slightly lower price.
Hes the first one ive been able to haggle with for a better price.
If they are not willing to negotiate prices then im not willing to buy, they claim its as low as they can go. We all know prices can always go lower.
i have talked to sam and hes gives you 1 number and wont change a dime on it.
i will email him and see if he will match the order.
i sent sam another an email with my current quote from omar.
If hes willing to beat it by any percent i will go with him.
But if not then we will keep with the guy we have now.

light blue means very close to commited.
It means i under stand you are not 100% sure to be in but you are very close.
And are reading the updates.
Where as white names are people who have yet to respond to pms asking if they want in or out.
