Can you burn stuff with a flashlight?

My diy red died a few days ago and i cant stop wanting to burn stuff, can you burn stuff with a magnyfing glass and a flashlihgt, its a 2mil candlepower one but its charging right now. So is it possible to like pop a baloon or maybe even light a match. I was thinking about putting another lens in front of the first magnifying one to make it even smaller would that work?

yay, it works with the magnifying glass it makes about a 1inch spot (cant seem to get it smaller, more magnafying glasses in front of it dont help) it will pop a baloon in about 2sec, now if i could get it to a pinpoint dot i could prob light a match easy, i know it has more power then my diy red cause it wouldnt pop a baloon with a 1inch dot. I dont think its charged enuf tho, it says dc charge 3h...ac charge 12h i figured since the transformer gave out dc it was 3h but guess not, it dims rapidly when i turn it on, starts bright then slowley lowers..now i got to wait 12h.
