Can someone help me please?

Hi,
I'm trying to find out what driver and setting I would need for a LG WH14NS40 14X Blue ray burner diode I am getting ready to extract. I cannot find anywhere online that tells me how many mW the diode is but I thought maybe you could help me. Does anyone know how many mW this diode can handle? Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

search before you ask. i easily found someone who set a 14x diode to 500mA but you can go a little higher (525mA) or lower (475mA).
