does anyone think that it would be possible to build a laser into this flex flashlight. It doesn't matter if it's high power or not I just thought it might be cool.

I've got one of those, and you can probably fit an Aixiz module head into the tip if you had a custom heatsink made. A problem with those flex flashlights is that they use button-cell batteries in the head of the flashlight; so there is little room to put a decent battery that could power something better than a simple red pointer (< 5mW).
 
Also my light has a magnetic base with the base being a screw in ON/OFF switch and it is powered by a single AAA.
 
Might be possible with AAA sized Li-ions and a boost driver. Just go for 10440 sized battery(if I remember right), and then have a machinist custom make you a heatsink for it.
