Well, I wouldn't say it was "working". It is lasing, but the lens is pretty much destroyed, and I don't think it qualifies as a working laser anymore

I literally just blew a green laser diode from a AAA pointer... already ripped out the driver. It appears to have a pot on it (silver screw looking). PM me your address, and I'll send it to you for cost of shipping in the US.

Edit: I am 99% sure the diodes are terrible on most of these chinese green pointers. This particular one always took a while to lase after pushing the button, even on a fresh battery right from purchase.
