BUYING 1w laser

Im looking for a laser that can set wood on fire and lite cigars. Im taking it that a 1w laser can do this . Im running low on money so the max i can put it 100$ paypal

If no, the first thing you need to do is to buy some laser safety glasses.

Do you know how to solder?
If not then a 1W laser is probably going to cost over $100.
