Hmmm Thanks styro, if something from LG and CNI is going to be similar I doubt theres anything better and if I have to worry much, thanks.

I just hope I can get a Kryton beast

You should get the output measured, for the sake of completeness. :D
I just hate sending my lasers around because I have to wait to get them back and then there's the price of shipping. I really need to buy a meter, I just never feel like spending the money on one.

That is good news.

That means the higher-efficiency brass lens assemblies can increase the power level significantly (~20%).

Now I'm not sure whether this lens will fit, a lens the size of the Aixiz glass lens looks to be too big and might crush the laser diode. I don't know how big your lenses are, but if they are much longer than the stock aixiz acrylic they might be too close to the laser diode.

Excellent review, as usual :)
Thanks!

Yeah, I'm also wondering how hard it would be to upgrade the lens to a high-quality glass one.

I have one like that but from DX, excellent laser, I don't have a halo though, it is extremely clean as long as you keep dust off the lens. It's the red one in my display pic, it was a completely clear night and my greenie is beside it. Great review btw.

So has anyone actually confirmed whether or not the new brass lens assemblies will work/fit/function in the "new style" dilda red laser?

HighPower LD 200mW
Price, quality, burning.
Real good ads.
Work is not detailed.
But slightly loose screw.
No batteries.
Overall a good package price equation.

The new style looks like it has a nice fat heat sink! What do you think the duty cycle is? 1 minute?

Just got mine after reading your excellent review. I do have to comment on one thing though, I dolid not have the halo of light you had. My batteries that came with it ran out in five minutes though. I'll try to get a review up with some more beam shots.
