Yes. I'm sure other people will have recommendations as to specific glasses to get, but yes, you need them.

Always you need Safety googles.

This laser is not 200mW, but 40-45mW (I have the same)

You are going to need your eyesight LONG after the laser breaks or you loose it

Yes, always use goggles. These are the ones I purchased, they cover 190 - 548nm, the postage was a little pricey but they did arrive pretty quickly in about five days to the Uk.
