You could always get one of those phillips LED light bulbs with the 3 orange plastic sections on the business end. Harvest the orange plastic (which is the phosphor material) and you'll have a silly bright royal blue LED light bulb!

BTW, those philips 1st gen alien head bulbs with remote phosphor panels are $22 at the home depot. Marked down from $46.
Cree bulbs are still $14 for the most expensive one
I got a $12 cree bulb the other day, and I love it. 10 yr warranty too. As if I can keep track of a receipt for that long...
