Hello! I am looking for a super unique pointer. Probably eye safe. I've thought of 405 and 532. I want more uniqueness. But something that won't break the bank. Also preferably something I make.
 





If you are looking to buy - the gatling is one of the most unique hosts I think I've seen over the years.

A couple guys have done star trek phasers, there was a solid silver host and some other very different.

I even remember a handheld HeNe a while back (big but very cool)
 
The gold plated Lyra would be perfect. Really cool looking, unique, and at <5mW it's safe for presentations and pointing. There is also a platinum version.

I used to own one of the gold ones, I had to sell it during my last sudden need for funds, but definitely considering ordering another one now.
