Best spot to get 5mw diode.

Anybody know a place that isn't in China or Hong Kong, where I can get 5mw laser diodes. Preferably in the module. Or with the driver attached too.

Green, and I would prefer a wavelength that I don't need safety glasses to use.

Green is going to be more expensive, and that isnt really a good mindset to have about goggles. As for the wavelength, it doesnt matter the wavelength but the power (though you need different ones for different wavelengths)

the DO carry a green diode module 515nm ~ 30 mW plug n play comes with driver embedded in 12X30 AixiZ Module- 85$ iirc

but Chuck has dozens of other modules all colors= buy from home site PLZ Not from Greedbay or Scamazon *aixiz sells there but not happy w/ them*

Have some samples of many--PM me.

PS China is not ALWAYS slow- and for less that 10$ you can buy all three RGV pens WAY WAY overspec free ship at ebay
