Best Glasses For 445nm

So i get a pair of Safety goggles off my Neice's Partner who works in a M.O.T Car Garage...
anyway the goggles are too dark for 445nm the dot looks green/yellow mixture and i cant see any beam at all (not too bothered) as i only use the goggles when burning or indoors.

So my question is whats the best color goggles for 445nm lasers ?

These goggles are for welding by the looks of it :)
 





Welding goggles are no good. 445nm glasses are red with a rating of what power they can handle.
 
Yip i know they are "RED" lol but when i asked him if he had any goggles and he showed up with these ones i just laughed Lol
What was i suppose to do i was getting them for free and din't want to sound/look ungratefull

Oh lol sorry you asked what's the best color for 445nm. Figured you knew, but you can't predict the questions asked from some of the members :p pm otw

Dont use welding goggles. The colour of 445 goggles can be anything from green to yellow to orange to red to brown. So there is no set colour.

It depends on the absorption characteristics of the dyes used in the glasses. Laser goggles will state what wavelengths are blocked and to what extent through their OD rating. Look in my sig for more info.
 
I'm good. Lpm should be here tomorrow or the following.
The Black Zaser should be soon too. Glow powder coming, batteries coming. I'm like a kid on Christmas :)
