Don't bother online. For such cheap items shipping will cost more. for example amazon.com has sellers selling 6 boxes for 8$ (way too expensive)
Then this guy sells 2 boxes of 12 cones each for 2.79$

However, for 1$ or less a box, simply go to an Indian store near some Hindu temple. you can get one for less than 1$ a box.
