NO! Didn't you read the thread at the link? They are weaker than GGW's. GGW's are 6X burners (190/220mA). GBW's are 4X burners (150-180mA). These are 2X burners. They should fit somewhere between the PHR and the 4X.

I dont think anyone read it. Seems the need to get a cheap high power diode is overriding peoples common sense, or something. Its funny, they are acting like n00bs LOL.

He's pushing the 210 too hard. He is forcing GGW performance from it. It will work . . . . .for awhile ;)

I think that he is hoping that we will suddenly change our minds about it because it is "called" a "6X."

The 210 is less powerful than the GGW. We run the GGW at 190-200mA. He is running his 210 at 200mA. It will work at that current. It's life is just shortened.

We call them both "6X" diodes, but the 210 is less powerful than the GGW so it has to be run a bit lower.

I was expecting more from that diode...

At least I should be able to get 160mW. Since this is a TEC build, I'm gonna run it at 180mA.

Just read more info, that price for the 8X sleds was to good to be true...
Only 2X...
 
Look, before you guys go dumping your good money on a diode, at least read about it. Its all out there. Without trying to sound condescending "The search button is your friend". No wonder why Tyler made a pile of cash LMAO.
 
What I heard is that the 6X from o-like was weaker than the GGW, so I guessed I would be able to get 200mW. Well since, as I said before, this is a TEC build, I'm gonna run it at a little bit more then 180mA, maybe 200.
