Hi Guys,
I am new to this forum and in the laser world.
From Ghent Belgium.
Its a jungle of laser sellers on the web and its hard to find a good high powerd handheld laser for a correct price.
Wicked lasers are way to expencive and i got scamed for 35$ on alibaba for a violet laser that doesn't even light a match, 20mW if aim lucky! (i should've known ofcourse)
Now i found this treat here.
Are these guys there specs correct.
What about the rest? (quality, service etc.)
Are ther beter price/quality sellers or brands you guys would advise me?
I want to burn plastic, paper, wood etc.
Kind regads.

That is a payed advertisement, I'd avoid that.

I would visit LaserBTB, rumor has it they're good.

Well actually, I would also first suggest Blord above all other commercial shops.

I've done business with him and he's a professional.

here is the best choice

Blord

he is close and good
VERY trusted

buy from forum vet before any store

I wonder If he will choose Blord? Please let us know Crowsoul what you bought from Blord, maybe a short review? A photo or two?

I think he wil at least give Kot a look-see. they cant be that far away from one another and buying from Blord makes good sense just for not being in China or USA--

and there are many more on that side of the pond.

OdicForce UK
been around forever
sells ez-do kits
never heard a bad word ablout Odicforce..

In Isreal 'The Joker' is a good guy too

JETLASERS will ship to Belguim.

super customer service before, during and after the sale`..

hopefuly the 'burning of things' will pass-- not many vets do much of that-
just be sure to not burn any retinas--

high power comes with high responsiblities--

never hand it over to someone who you're are 100$% sure they will not do the stoopid.

good luck

I would like to build one my self based on the DTR offred
"445nm 9mm Diode In V4 Copper Module W/2.4A X-Drive Non Stock Lens" kit for 115$
What do i need more besize a hostkit/ Head sink and two 16850 batteries?
Why would i take a 2G Barrel? Whats the difference?
And can i just plug and play DTR's 115$ kit in for example a Survival Laser C6 Host Assembly?
Regards from a newbe :o

Seems all is there. Well maybe a charger for those batteries.

I think you mean G2 Lens - that lens is superior to normal 3-element glass lens, offers more power output (i.e. has less losses of light through it),

And I think you should. 12mm module is universally used and any heatsink for a module will accept it.

Great! Thanks mate.
What is the difference between a 2 G lens with standard and extended barrel?

No idea, honestly, never heard of it.

I assume it's just a bit longer barrel so you can use it with focus adapters and still get the lens close enough to the diode for good focus. If the lens barrel is too short, you cannot get it close enough to the diode and you can never have the infinite focus, in other words, beam will converge to a point and then expand indefinitely, instead of staying narrow all the way.
