Whats the most powerful green for under 100 dollars? If it doesn't have an IR filter, how do I put one on?

Thanks

I got an 80 - 100 mW green module from o-like.com for ~$66. It puts out about 110 mW easily.

If i order the 100 mw green and I live in the US, will customs confiscate it? Also how would I put the IR filter from optotronics onto this? What would it reduce the power to?

Thanks

I like the LED Shoppe one too. Mine averages around 40mW.
