Beginner to scanners, what else do i need?

So i am a beginner in scanners and i would like to make my own scanner for as cheap as possible. I need help finding a cheap green laser module, that can ship to the US. It doesn't HAVE to have blanking but would be nice. I am taking the soundcard way through this. Also if i used the sound card i have shown(link below) would i just beable to wire the soundcard to the correction amp(need link please) and the amp to the galvos?

These are the parts i KNOW i need, but what else do i need on top of this? i believe i need the correction board which would wire to the soundcard and galvos, and then also the laser?
