Does anyone make a custom battery extension tube for the dilda to add one more battery?

Emc2 - for the record, the Dilda is one of the few lasers with an unregulated driver, and higher voltages not only work, but significantly increase output power (Daguin actually bench-tested one to over 12v and some silly number like 310mW for a short period, which the dilda survived wonderfully) - I personally run 3.6v juice batteries that are at 4.2v fully charged, the output runs 240mW when they're fresh, no problem for several months of regular use so far....
And as to the dilda extension, many apologies, but that was me - and the project never materialized thanks to an unreliable source for the machining and a lackluster response to the feeler regarding having them made elsewhere... the cost would have been like $11 each to me, and by the time I dealt with the whole thing and shipped them, etc the cost was higher than people wanted to pay.
I'd send you the original prototype but I have no idea where it ended up, the threads were a little funky so I gave it back to my machinist and never got it back...
