Well,

Just received my Nitecore charger today along with 2XCR123A 3.7V rechargeables. It seems like the batteries were the issue the entire time! After holding the laser next to my ear I couldn't hear any darn sound coming from the unit which is a great feeling to have! Thank you to all who helped with this issue, rep inbound!

Awesome Alex! Glad you don't have to ship it all the way back to China. Now only replace the shutter and it's perfect!
