I went back to the oldest comments looking for the poster to see if he said anything and found THIS:

The Spot was foccused on - guess - 1 mm. The Unit is a Zeiss 50:1 Laser-Beamexpander. I found it in Ebay for 80 Dollars - I had great Luck to find such a fine Instrument.

$80? That is insane! Its worth thousands . Even 3x used Melles griot beam expanders fetch over $100 on eBay.

I've seen the video, but $80 for the optics? That guy got LUCKY! He can almost sell the optics back on eBay and get half what he paid for the laser back form the single sale... ;D
