Aurora Host Extensions wanted!

Well, I killed a microboost driver when trying to assemble my host together. Somehow it got stuck, bent the leads on my diode, shorted the driver and now I have a $30 bill compressed into 2cm^2 that I cannot repair or get back...

I ended up making a lm317 driver because I do not have any paypal money for a nice driver at the moment. I fit it into the host as compact as it could possibly go. It still wouldn't fit! I couldn't push my heatsink with diode in the last millimeter without it hitting and shorting. Thankfully, I have two aurora hosts, and I found out you could take the part under the crown, and screw it to the one on my other host, so I have two of them doubled up and it now all fits together. The problem is, I cannot use my other host now as it is physically impossible to fit anything. (maybe not impossible but...)

I am wondering, if anybody can lathe up a bunch of these pieces. I know many people have the aurora host, so they have an exact model of what to make. I want the part that is under the crown, and above the host itself. The part the heatsink and diode sit into.

In the pictures below, The silver piece is the part I added onto the black host, and removed off my silver host. Again, I would like to know if anybody can lathe up some of them pieces for me, so I can use them for future builds that will not be using a nice compact driver. And how much do you think yo could make them for? I do not imagine them being very expensive. I have a few bucks in paypal, just not enough to be blowing on a driver. Let me know if you can make them, about what the cost would be each, and I will let yo know how many I would like, and we go from there.

I kinda like my "modded" host looking big like that in a way

Id this when i put a green module in a C6 and waned to run it off a 18650, i used 2 of the same pieces on-top of each other from another C6.

See here:

You could ask a few of the machining guys around here or find a cheap outlet for the C6's..

Thanks, a reply! Yes, doubling them things up is a good idea for long modules, or big drivers that wont fit with one. I will ask around a bit.
