I'll try and do a decent review in a few days of using it. Please don't expect anything as wonderfully detailed as Gabes review on his 300mw PL-E Pro. I think his was the gold standard for reviews
You may be noticing I'm a fan of jetlasers. Ran up to 1650mw on my LPM
Usual Jetlasers high quality. Burned a hole in a plastic tool box un focusing it preparing to put it on the LPM. :)
Beautiful color. As expected, in between 445 and 473. Beam more easily seen then my 2watt 445. Divergence seems very tight, even at a distance .
Getting dark. I'll get some photos with and without BE.

Cool! I own a PL-E pro 473nm and I like it a lot. The host to me is the best host I've ever seen. It has everything you want in a host. Key switch, temporary on button and a clicky switch. Focusing mechanism and of course the looks. The beam is also very tight and the dot is super clean. Yeah, Jetlasers' laser are on point for sure!
 
I'm also planning on buying this model when I finish this current build. Looking forward to seeing it action

I used to do very in depth tutorials (just Look at my sig links) but because.of my health it takes everything in me to just post pics of builds with a few pics now (see the reds I posted in that section a couple days ago). I built a 1.5W 520nm around Christmas and still haven't posted it yet. Wish I had the energy to get more in depth like I used to but at least I'm still here.
On a side note everyone gets to feel bad for me today as I am now on the no solid food drink disgusting stuff to make you poop your brains out for my colonoscopy tomorrow morning. Sounds exciting doesn't it. Getting it done because you should when you turn 50.
Shouldn't it be called a colonoscopoop instead of a colonoscopy?

Reminds me of myself about 1.5 years back. Used to be on medication for my IBD which turned out to make things even worse compared to not taking any meds. It got me tired to a point where I could barely even leave my bed. Luckily I'm feeling a lot better these days. Still have diseased bowels, and definitely don't have as much energy as I should, but it's doable these days. I've had two of those colonoscopies, and even though you might not experience as much pain as I did because your bowels (I assume) aren't diseased, I would suggest taking painkillers or something similar if they offer you the choice.

The worst part however, was probably the stuff they make you drink. I had to mix up 3 sachets of that stuff with 3 liters of water total. They told me I had to drink a liter over a period of two hours. Well, it was so disgusting that I took a whole liter at once just to get it over with.

Hope you won't have such a bad experience with the colonoscopy as I had.

Off topic, but we should get a break, just for living this long. :)
Had my first one a few years back. Almost worse then drinking a gallon of that disgusting liquid was when I arrived the nurses were all young and beautiful.
I believe I'm due for another, but I'm sure as hell not going to remind my Dr.

Hopefully everything will go well. They dope you up so much, do it so quickly, you probably won't remember being raped by a 30 foot hose, light, camera, and the clippers on the end of the thing.
Don't wander too far from the toilet today. :)
Getting old. It ain't for sissies.
