I actually like using a driver. I used one before, and will use some in the future.
just thought of trying to oparate a laser without one because it has no room in the back of the nodule, but I gave up on that Idea.
I think I'm gonna buy the PHR mini keychain host from jayrob and end the story..

1- don't be lazy. click the link and read the driver specs.... it clearly says 3-6v input.

2- the linked driver is 10x15mm. measure your module and see if it will fit.

3- the second post of this thread clearly said that "NO YOU CAN NOT JUST USE 3v BATT AND RESISTOR" .... The laser diode needs much more voltage than that. the reason you can use the 3v driver that dtr posted is because it is a boost driver that bumps up the voltage..

STOP ASKING STUPID QUESTIONS AND READ!!!

ALSO YOU WILLL NOT FIT THE DRIVER, BATTERY, AND SWITCH IN THE AIXIZ MODULE.... NEVER.

MICHAEL

lol @ that :D yep sometimes the OPs can be pretty annoying :D
