Yeah, this trade war is the worst. And, it hasn't really hit home as much as it will. Things have only started to increase on price.
 





I hope that prediction doesn't come to fruition although I know things could get worse before they get better, time will tell.
 
We all hope Trump will divest himself of the idea that trade wars are a good thing. But, I don't hold out much hope, as he's been on love with tariffs for decades.
 
There's no doubt that they are a tax on American consumers. Why Trump keeps saying that the export country pays the tax is beyond my understanding.
 
You would think they would get over it quickly, hell I thought it might be a ruse to boost Tesla or draw attention away from something else..... you know it could be to draw attention away from something else..... or just Trumpitude on display.

I still have high hopes for Trump doing some good work, but I really want to see some results that everyone can be talking about before midterms.
 
You and me, both. Only time will tell. I agree that the midterms are too far off to wait for good news.
 
Yeah, I posted about this before. This SCOTUS has been using the shadow docket to rule in favor of Trump. The dissenters to this showed why this is wrong. These rulings are as bad as the Trump immunity ruling.
 
If there is social security fraud, which there is, uncovering it will help preserve funds for everyone who has paid in, certainly that's a worthwhile endeavor.
 
There really doesn't seem to be widespread fraud in Social Security. In fact, there's hardly any fraud there at all. This seems to be more of a way to attack SS than anything else.
 
Pam Bondi has now said the Kilmar Abrego Garcia was all along a criminal and they brought him back now, 2 months after a unanimous Supreme Court told them to. If their evidence is the poorly photoshopped image of his left hand showing the MS-13 on his knuckles, good luck with that. Senator Van Hollen took photos of that hand that prove he didn't have that tattooed on his knuckles. They are claiming that he was assisting in the bringing in of undocumented aliens, but have only tried to smear him in the press.

At least now the DOJ must prove their case in a court of law. I doubt they will get by with what they've been pushing so far.
