Steve Miller is far from the voice of reason. He has pressed that Trump can ignore Federal courts...even the SCOTUS.
 
I must admit that Waltz lasted longer than Trump's first NSA, Michael Flynn, who lasted just 22 days. Luckily for him Trump pardoned him. :LOL:
 
Waltz has been promoted to UN Ambassador. Trump fires a lot of people, but he doesn't promote them afterwards. Waltz was promoted. But I get it, it's all about optics and the false narrative with you liberals. :ROFLMAO:

Got to see the order from Texas Federal judge Rodriguez about the AEA and why it is unlawful for Trump to use it. There is no war or invasion as described in the AEA and Trump is just lying to try to deprive undocumented migrants of due process. If Trump thinks the SCOTUS will side with him on this, he's in for a rude awakening.

AEA dosen't say it has to be used only during wartime, that said we are in a proxy war and non-citizen invaders don't have Constitutional rights.

But hey, if SCOTUS rules against Trump on the AEA then immigrants can have a video appearance with a judge at the detention center before deportation, takes 30 seconds.

That's nonsense! That is not due process at all. 30 seconds before one is deported has never been due process. That is why Fernando Rodriguez ruled the way he did. This is, by far, the most illegal president in the nearly 250 year history of the USA.
 
Loooool! Trump thought that getting the AEA in front of other courts would help him, but everywhere courts are not in favor of his interpretation of the AEA. I thought as much would happen.
 
Appearing in front of a judge via video link is due process, the illegal would have their day in court, it's called a hearing and it's as much as they might get in South Texas where the judge ruled on the AEA, just like in the netflix series MO.
