No not the tank just the fish. And as for pic's do you have any idea how hard it is to take a good picture of a fish ?? Especially with a phone and I am a terrible picture taker but it looks just like this one

Too much of a hastle to catch a fish that size and bring it to a pet store and most pet stores wont take it anyway
