There was another thread, I believe by the same poster (but maybe not), asking about two blu-ray modules on ebay with 'open can 405nm diodes rated at 150mW'. I thought this was that thread

Either way, What I said still stand true, just ignore the open can and DT0811 part ;D

the 803T diodes as well as the 0811 are both oem as far as I know. Most of the HD-DVD drives were made using the PHR-803T sled to begin with, and were later updated to the DT0811 sled.
