Anyone know what's up with Tinker Lasers?

I placed an order on August 20th for a couple lasers and beam expander.

Before placing the order he was quick to respond to questions. Ever since placing the order he has responded once on September 24th saying, "Sorry about the delay. I’ll check on this promptly and get back to you today." and never got back to me.

I would prefer to just receive the stuff I ordered than file a charge back but its kinda getting silly at this point. Even said I would understand if something was delayed, just need some communication.
 





Contact him via email for the last time, if he doesn't answer you again, contact the person who handled the transaction, Paypal if it's him or something else, ask them how best to do, first of all the money, it doesn't go and must never be lost.

This is my personal advice, then you'll see

Seems to be a common theme with them... They sell things that aren't in stock and/or drop ship from China directly.
 
He entered LPF *Last seen Yesterday at 1:27 PM*, I really don't like his behavior, either he refunds you the entire amount or he opens a dispute ticket, does the goods arrive or not? if you have problems with the Chinese with whom you work in drop-ship, you have to communicate it to the customer who paid you for the goods, he disappeared from circulation, in my opinion, he enters, reads and exits. I appreciate more, even if I don't know him at all, the member loreadarkshade, also a seller, who at least offers help and is always present, in everything that happens. This makes a seller a serious and reliable person. *IMO*

Maybe you are one of the few if not the last lucky ones, apparently, this guy waits and waits but nothing arrives, neither the purchased goods, nor an email from Tinker. I'm sorry to say it and judge him even if I've never met him, but he is a *bad and dishonest* seller, regardless of whether he has the items he sells with him ready to ship or if he only acts as an intermediary with, I think, some Chinese factory that produces these laser pointers.
 
I might remove him from the sellers list. He doesn't seem to be around anymore. Those that have pending purchases from him should probably try to get their money back. Depending on how you paid try to do a charge back or something.
 
This individual is not worthy of being on LPF anymore, he should be permanently banned for what he did,
I believe @MEDDER is not the first to have been treated like this.
 
Can you guys give me a list of people who currently have an order with tinker? Please list how much and what you ordered. Before I take any action I would like to see the damage done and give tinker time to answer for these.
 
Hello, I haven't really posted on LPF but thought I'd chime in here. I've been content with my old WL 15mW laser for about 15? years now but since yellow/orange lasers are now much more common and affordable I decided to order a 593nm Valkyrie from Tinker.

Order was placed on Nov 1. A tracking number was generated on Nov 12 but USPS has not received the package yet. I sent an email on Nov 20 asking for an estimated ship date but have not received a response yet. I'm still holding out for an update but chargeback is an option if necessary. I'm looking forward to an amber laser so hopefully I can hear back soon.
