Anyone know what Foreign Acceptance means?

I bought a 200mW Red laser from Rayfoss a week ago and they gave me a tracking number and now I get this "Foreign Acceptance" term I have never had before anyone know exactly what this means?
I'm using the usps.com site to track it.

Your item was accepted in HONG KONG on April 28, 2010 at 2:57PM. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.

It means that their postal system now has possession of it. Rayfoss has dropped the package with the post office. It may be sitting in a bin somewhere waiting for that bin to be full before it is moved along the next leg of its journey.

This is a normal step/stop along the way. No worries from this message
