I don't know how many other hockey fans there are over here at LPF but I'm a huge hockey fan :p too bad the habs didn't make it this year.... But I'm still going for the Canucks :D.
So now that the playoffs are about to start I was wondering if there are any other hockey fans and who are you going for to win the cup :)
 





Was a leafs fan back in the day... too many antacids tabs, never a win. Gave up :undecided:

Nice, the flyers are a good team,I think they will end up in the eastern final this year. Enjoy the game :) playof games are always awesome. Hope they win for the game your at :beer:

I'm watching the draft lottery right now hoping the hans get 1st pick overall. :o

Ah the leafs... They had a good first half this year and went downhill after ... Hopefully the habs don't end up like that lol. ( no offense to your favorite team ) :p

None taken.. didnt watch a single game.. I played when I was younger, watched for many
years, but could only stand to see my home team lose so many times :mad:

Lost interest and rarely watch now.

Aww thats too bad. Hopefully Toronto will have a winning team again soon. They'll be getting a decent draft this year... I don't really hate Toronto with a passion like other montrealers but theyre not my favorite either. I wouldnt mind any Canadian team winning the cup again soon. :beer:

I went to a fight one night and a Hockey game broke out!

Never been to a pro Hockey game, have been to some minor league games.
 
Haha, I used to be a Leafs fan too. I gave up about halfway through the losing streak this year. lol

Been to the Gardens many times, saw Leafs practices, games and even met
Harold Ballard back in the day.. Got his autograph somewheres :D

Thanks it's nice to see support for the few Canadian teams that we have in the NHL (7 out of 32):can:

There aren't too many chances for us in the playoffs so I agree, why not support a fellow Canadian team even if it is not your home city. I like Montreal too. I usually prefer the underdog that doesn't get as much of the mainstream attention in Canada. :D

Most of my family lives In Northern California so they are sharks fans, and up here in Vancouver the Canucks keep eliminating them from the playoffs so I kind of feel badly for them lately. :na:
 
Wings fan, more or less.

Sometimes a preds fan, I guess. Lately they've been pissing me off.

I miss seeing the games on TV... But I did get to go to a wings preds game during regular season last month :wave: First game I'd seen in years!

Hockey is truly sport. Finesse meets power meets multitasking to the extreme. There isn't a more skilled sport than hockey. Except for maybe gymnastics or something, that stuff is ridiculous, but they never fight or hit each other.
