Anyone have an idea what this is?

It looks like a mirror/lens assembly, held in some kind of enclosure or mount. The mirror side has a pinhole in it you can see if you zoom in. The other artifacts on the mirror are reflections from my camera.

The lens side appears to have some kind of AR coating, maybe?

Any ideas?

Don't know about he pinhole unless it's damage to the coating, but that looks like it was made for a DPSS application. The crystal(s) would seat in the square channel created when the halves of the unit are bolted together (shimmed with indium foil for the best possible heat-sinking).

Mount for a big piece of KTP or some other laser crystal would be my bet. Lots of crystals it could be other than KTP. But the square shape of the hole suggests crystal to me.

Probably completely wrong... :p
