I wanted one of those when I bought my first 405nm pointer.
I ended up using a aluminum cigar case from my local smoke shop. I just rolled a piece of felt and slid it inside.

Here is a link to a really nice stainless steel cigar tube, it will fit up to 6 1/2 x 48 ring size
